NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ONCE THE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED!
Sorry, we can not offer returns or exchanges on swimwear or underwear
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is NOT a result of our error you may still return most items for an exchange or a FULL store credit (no restocking fee). Finally, if you insist on a refund, you may also request a refund for the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The only exception are those items that are marked as "all sales are final" on the item description page. Shipping costs are never refunded.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • The item must be in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.)
  • You must set up the return within 20 days from the ship date of the item.
  • We must receive your item back within 30 days of the ship date.
To set up a return/exchange, you must complete the form below including the reason and explanation for the return/exchange. You will receive from us, within 24 hours, your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. Follow the return instructions in the e-mail that you receive. The customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return/exchange.
Fast-X -- speedy exchange service.
If you need to exchange a product but want the new item to ship before we receive the old item you can do so by placing a Fast-X order.
  1. Simply place a new order for the new item(s) you want shipped.
  2. Make note of the new order number.
  3. Fill out the RMA request form online for the item(s) you want to exchange.
  4. Enter the new order number into the "Exchange For" field located at the end of the RMA request form. Your new order will be handled like any new order. However, when the old item is received by our returns department, you will automatically be credited for the returned item(s) without any re-stocking charge being assessed.
