The famous & best selling Kamp-Rite Tent Cot now featrures a new Collapsible Combo Tent Cot (CCTC). We believe it will fill the camping needs of both military and recreational users.
Storage space is often a major concern of many disaster relief/emergency preparedness agencies. With that fact in mind, the new CCTC was designed with the ability to be collapsed to an extremely compact size, resulting in easy, convenient transportation and storage.
Likewise, deployment, or set up of the CCTC is equally easy and fast. The CCTC combines two separate, standard items in one package.
The upper portion or "tent top" of the CCTC can be completely detached from the cot base. Once removed from the cot base, the tent top becomes a compact, one person on the ground tent. The remaining cot base can then be used as a typical stand-alone sleeping cot, and is an excellent solution for "arena" type shelters.
Attaching the tent top to the cot base creates an even more comfortable and much more private environment for the displaced user.
We believe the CCTC is an innovative solution to many of the challenges and difficulties that occur whenever disaster strikes. We have certainly learned in recent times the importance of being properly prepared for unexpected emergencies. Providing safe, secure shelter is a primary objective.
